1. PENGENALAN
Tujuan notis ini adalah untuk menerangkan tentang garis panduan dan proses pemberian baucar RM200 seperti yang telah diumumkan oleh Y.A.B Perdana Menteri Malaysia merangkap Menteri Kewangan semasa Pembentangan Belanjawan 2012 pada 7 Oktober 2011 di Parlimen.

2. KRITERIA KELAYAKAN
  • Pelajar yang layak menerima bantuan Baucar Buku 1Malaysia (BB1M) adalah terdiri daripada:
  • Warganegara Malaysia;
  • Lepasan SPM atau setaraf dengannya yang sedang melanjutkan pengajian di pusat Matrikulasi/Tingkatan 6/Politeknik/institusi pengajian tingga dalam bidang diploma, diploma lanjutan, ijazah, sarjana dan doktor falsafah;
  • Sedang melanjutkan pengajian secara sepenuh masa atau separa masa dan status aktif di Allianze University College of Medical Sciences pada Januari 2012;

3. TEMPOH PELAKSANAAN & TEMPOH SAHLAKU
Inisiatif ini adalah secara one-off bagi sesi bermula 2012 sahaja. Baucar ini sah guna pakai selama 3 BULAN Sahaja iaitu 1 JANUARI sehingga 31 MAC 2012.

4. KADAR BB1M
Setiap pelajar yang layak menerima baucar buku berjumlah RM200 berupa baucar RM50 sebanyak 4 keping.

5. TATACARA PENGGUNAAN BAUCAR
  • Baucar ini adalah untuk pembelian buku-buku akademik, jurnal, majalah ilmiah dan peralatan pembelajaran berdasarkan keperluan kursus masing-masing;
  • Pelajar boleh menggunakan baucar ini di mana-mana kedai buku yang menyertai pelaksanaan program ini atau mana-mana kedai buku yang mempunyai akaun Bank Simpanan Nasional;
  • Sekiranya amaun pembelian adalah kurang RM200, pelajar dibenarkan membeli peralatan pembelajaran seperti buku catatan dan alat tulis. Baki baucar yang tidak habis digunakan dianggap luput dan tidak boleh dituntut atau ditukarkan kepada wang tunai;
  • Jika amaun yang dibeli melebihi RM200, pelajar perlu membayar sendiri dan tidak boleh membuat tuntutan tambahan kepada Kerajaan atau Universiti;
  • Baucar buku yang diterima tidak boleh ditukarkan dalam bentuk wang tunai.

6. AGIHAN BAUCAR BUKU 1MALAYSIA KEPADA PELAJAR
  • Pelajar perlu membawa bersama Kad Matrik dan MyKad semasa mengambil baucar buku tersebut.
  • Baucar buku tersebut boleh diambil oleh pelajar di Fakulti/School masing-masing mengikut Jadual yang tertera dibawah mulai 26 Januari 2012;
  • Baucar buku tersebut tidak boleh dituntut bagi pihak pelajar lain atau tidak boleh ditukarmilik.

Anda boleh ambil pada bila-bila tarikh yang sesuai sehinggalah 31 Mac 2012. Tarikh 3 Feb. 2012 merupakan Agihan Fasa 1 & AUCMS perlu menghantar laporan ke KPT dahulu mengenai pengagihan Fasa 1.

Baucar tidak akan diberikan kepada wakil atau bagi pihak pelajar lain kecuali pelajar tersebut hadir untuk mengambil baucar berkenaan.

Pelajar diingatkan agar tidak berkompromi dengan mana-mana pihak dengan menjual semua baucar yang diberikan. Ini boleh menjejaskan reputasi anda dan nama Universiti.

New Year Countdown Tradition at AUCMS

In different culture New Year countdown is celebrated in different ways. In big cities from Moscow in the north to Johannesburg in the south hemisphere as well as the city of Beijing in the east people will gather at a famous spot and watch the old year make an exit. The celebration is usually noisy, filled with fireworks, singing, dancing and parties. The famous Scottish song “Auld Lang Syne” is sang to remind people of friendships as “times gone by” on New Year’s Eve.
Allianze University College of Medical Sciences has been upholding it’s own New Year countdown tradition since the year 2010. All Allianze University College of Medical Sciences staff gathers to have dinner to celebrate the success achieved in the past year. The celebration includes speech by the President, performance by staff and students as well as singing and dancing session. As the clock strikes midnight, people will gather and cheer as the New Year arrives.

Giving thanks for a blessed and prosperous Year 2012

1212112324_copyNew Year never fails to evoke feeling of hope and anticipation for a better and brighter life. At Allianze University College of Medical Sciences, we begin the New Year with a gathering of students and staff of all faith for a special prayer. Muslims, Christians and Hindus performed a special prayer according to their faith at Waziria Medical Square on the evening of 5th January 2012. Prayers start at 7pm and end around 8.30pm with a dinner for all at the Student Lounge.

We hope that the New Year will bring all of us the strength and wisdom to face all the challenges that may come our way. May we live in harmony, healthy and happy.

Family Bash 2011.

DSC_0116-2In general, organizations around the globe organize family day for their employees annually. The purpose of organizing family day is to help people get a chance to bond and take time out to appreciate their friends and family. It's also a way of reminding people the importance of those who care about them.

Recently, Allianze University College of Medical Sciences organized a family day event for all staff. The Human Resource Department was tasked to spearhead this initiative with a theme "Family Bash 2011" The event was held on the first Saturday of December 2011 at Tanjung Bungah Beach, Penang.

The organizer has designed and coordinated many exciting activities such as telematch, karaoke, kids fashion show, aerobics, games for all ages to enjoy throughout the day at the beach. Staffs who were present felt that the event was a great family outing activity and took home happy memories.
