Persatuan Kebudayaan India AUCMS

DSC_0131-116_copyPersatuan Kebudayaan India AUCMS was officially registered on 1st June 2011. Mr. Rajendran Chellappan Pillai from the IT Department spearheaded this initiative and has since gain the support and commitment from all the Indian lecturers, administration staff and students of AUCMS. They are compelled to bring all the member of Indian community at AUCMS to work together under one umbrella which is the association.

The objectives of the association is basically to create better understanding among the students from the Indian origin with other races through exchanging cultural, social and educational thoughts and conducting various activities together. The association will also serve as a mean for open exchange of cultural and social ideas between the members of the association and members of other associations on the campus and in the community in general.

As we are approaching our last quarter of the year, our executive committee is very busy planning and coordinating the many events for next festival and we are always looking for new and fresh ideas from our members and staffs, so please consider contributing your time and energy for the betterment of our community.

The committee would like invite everyone who is interested in the Indian culture to join the association. A million thanks to all the volunteers who have lent their assistance thus far in all the activities organized by the association. Your continued support and commitment in realizing the objectives of this association is very much appreciated.
