AUCMS Ready To Offer Diploma, Degree Courses In Music

The Allianze University College of Medical Sciences (AUCMS) will offer diploma and degree courses in music by year end.

The Dean of AUCMS' Faculty of Medical Hospitality, Tourism and Performing Arts, Datuk Wah Idris said the college was in its final stage of submitting its concept papers for approval to the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

"We will submit the papers to MQA for approval and once approved, we expect to offer diploma and degree courses related to music by year end.

"AUCMS has all the facilities, education material and work force to undertake the task," he told reporters at AUCMS here last night.

Wah Idris an Extraordinary International Composer, Musician, Entrepreneur, and Creative Director, said AUCMS was expected to enroll about 80 students for its first intake.
