Motivational talk show 'Mata Ke Hati' - Prof Dr Muhaya Mohamad
Talk show organized by Astro saw Prof Dr Muhaya Mohamad - as a host program discuss various topics of motivation. The 13 episodes held at the AUCMS Studio, WMS started from 22 May 2010 - 30th May 2010 also presence a few Malaysian Icons .Prof Muhaya graduated from medical school in 1985, obtained a Fellowship in Uveitis at Moorfields Eye Hospital, United Kingdom in 1998, which culminated in a PhD from University of London in Ocular Immunology. She was the first Malaysian to subspecialise in Uveitis. and started the first Uveitis Service and immunosuppressive therapy in autoimmune eye diseases in the country.
Professor Muhaya currently serves as Consultant Eye Surgeon and Director of PCMC Eye and Lasik Centre Prince Court Medical Centre, Professor of Ophthalmology of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and Adjunct Professor to International Islamic University of Malaysia. Currently, she is the Chairperson of Malaysian Medical Association Ophthalmological Society.
To date, she is the point of reference in the management of Uveitis cases since 1998 and has provided training for local ophthalmologists and residents in the field of Uveitis. In 2005, Prof Muhaya was awarded with Special Distinguished Service Award by the Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO) at the 20th Congress of APAO, Kuala Lumpur.
Her latest achievement is being the first ophthalmologist in South East Asia to perform bladeless femtosecond LASIK using the Visumax system which is the latest bladeless LASIK system.
Her principles as a doctor not to pursue money and popularity, but also to treat patients while also giving a message of inspiration and motivation to the community. Hence the principle that the 50 year-old woman who serve Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (HUKM), and Prince Court Medical Centre. Responsibility for the two centers where the HUKM consented, he was called the Professor, while at the Prince Court as Head of Eye Surgeon and in the AUCMS she was a Director of the Centre of Professional and Personal Development.
The Program has seen some special invitation comes from Kuala Lumpur , such as Tan Sri Jins Shamsuddin discussing the topic of Building a Positive Aura, Tan Sri Jins viewed as a national icon who is so confident to express opinions and share experiences and his success and how to cultivate a positive attitude. Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz appeared with Prof Dr Muhaya with the topic of Living Peace shared a way of life and delve into how to deal with his children during his career and put a positive attitude to achieve peace in life. Meanwhile, Dato 'Aziz Satar topic of Good Thoughts about telling us how the greatest icons - the late Tan Sri P Ramlee, who placed the positive principles of himself as a contributor to be succeed
Our beloved National Astronaut, Dato 'Dr Sheikh Muzaffar has rocked the AUCMS studio ,discussed topic You What You Think . Dato 'Dr Sheikh convinced audience and shared his experience in achieving the ambition to be an aerospace where the dreams and ambitions to be astronauts have already appeared in himself since he was 10 years old and what he thinks has became a reality, the key for this is focus and putting effort without regard of always tired and inculcate positive values in themselves.
AUCMS CEO, Dato 'Dr Zainuddin Wazir has also appeared on recordings of the last episode to discuss The Success Of Mind. He also shared experiences and the secrets of his success as a Heart Surgeon and an entrepreneur. Dato 'also shared his experience when he was involved in road accidents and how he rise from the injury and continue the efforts and ambitions without feeling tired, and unfailing effort and keep positve minded towards what he wants to accomplished.
Also present at the recording are students from Schools around Wellesley, from SMK Ahmad Said, SMK Hj Abdul Kadir, Maahad Al Ihsaniah, representatives of UMNO and JKKK KG Dato '. Are not left behind the staff of AUCMS and beloved AUCMS students.
Indeed, personally I think this program has its own touch to flick the minds of the audience to be more positive and change the paradigm and the perception of self and the environment. What is seen by eyes will flip the mind and heart to determine a positive attitude and lead to positive values and to live as you wish. To succeed in life should always be positive to do positive, keep positive attitude and will Our Life Will always POSITIVE !!
The show is expected to be aired on 16th June 2010 at 12 noon of each week until week 13 in the ASTRO PRIMA.
